- Total Huts: six (one hut is the residence of the host & five for guests)
- Three round Bhunga huts with attached toilet
( size each hut 300 sq ft toilet 50 sq ft.) - Two rectangular huts with attached toilet
( size each hut 350 sq ft toilet 75 sq ft.) - The roof of each hut is made of bamboo and paddy husk and is waterproof. The floor is of wood tiles or sand-blasted sandstone blue and is non-slippery. Each hut is garden and mountain facing and has AC, LED, Fridge, geyser, and fire extinguisher fitted inside.
- Well furnished with either king/queen size double bed, chairs, and table.
- Car parking for eight vehicles is available within campus
- Smoking is not allowed inside the campus.
- We do not encourage the use of narcotics.

We serve only freshly prepared food & use filtered edible groundnut oil, Amul, or Mother dairy products at our hotel cum resort near Jaisamand Lake. All materials for preparing food are adulteration-free.
